Adventure Quiz

For characters that make questions, their time limit (10 seconds) is always on. If this set is added, it will also included 5000 new questions of varying genre and difficulty, most hard or higher.

CharacterDetails
Hatena A martial artist with a lot of knowledge in many subjects, often studing and liking to learn new things. Default appearance is based on Adventure Quiz 2, with other colors/skins being the protagonists from Capcom World and Capcom Quiz.

He has balanced stats, focusing on physical attack and defense. His stats are about the same level as Ken and Sakura. Gameplay is also based on Son Goku from Dragon Ball.

Hatena's best friend, a martial artist with balanced stats. Not as powerful as Hatena, but he is faster than him. Gameplay is similar to Hatena, but also based on Kuririn from Dragon Ball and Disney's Aladdin.
Capcom Princess Support character. The kind and smart princess of the Capcom Kingdom. Low physical stats and high magical stats. Alt. color is the girl from Adventure Quiz 2.
Nurse Support character. A smart nurse that likes quizzes, challenging those who visit her clinic. Players that accepts and are able to answer her questions get a free treatment, but those who fail must pay twice the value of the treatment (she only gives the challenge if they can afford it).
Wing A 15 years old warrior with balanced stats, his attack and defense being better than most characters in this series. His equipment can be exchanged before matches.

Equipment:

  • Wing's Sword - A magic sword with high attack power and a high chance of dealing critical hits. Also causes severe damage against dragons.
  • Wing's Armor - Reduces fire and magic damage.
  • Wing's Helmet - Increases the strength and resistance to Mind type attacks and reduces the wearer's weight, improving speed and jump height.
  • Wing's Shield - Nullifies fire damage, but only while defending with it. Also greatly reduces knockback from attacks.
Pure A 15 years old magician whose parents are people from the skies. She will eventually work as a goddess to spread love and courage to humanity.

A lightweight magician with stats from average to low, except for her MP and magic power being the highest.

She also has some bonuses, like sometimes taking reduced damage (up to -20%), getting discounts in shops, the ability to sometimes select the genre of quizzes, ...

Moves:

  • Magic Spray - Releases a quick "spray" of energy from her wand, like the Perfect Freeze from Mega Man Maker and the blue Beam from Kirby Super Star.
  • Dice Shield - Creates 6 dices to spin around her, acting like Mega Man's shield weapons. The number of the dice determines the damage it gives: 1=1 point (may miss), 2=atk 20 (ignores resistance), 3=atk 33 (ignores resistances and may cause the Confusion status for 3 seconds), 4=atk 44 (444 if critical, high chance), 5=atk 55 (555 if critical), 6=atk 66 (on rare occasions causes 666 damage, ignores resistance, and causes confusion).
  • Super Combo: Dice Rain - Causes a rain of giant dices (and sometimes a cat) around her.

Equipmment:

  • Pure's Rod - Magic damage. Doubles MP gauge and increases magic power.
  • Pure's Hat - Increases magic defense and luck.
  • Pure's Dress - Women only. Increases magic defense and luck.
Fur A 256 years old cat capable of human speech. Has low HP, attack, and defense, but his speed is very high, and combined with his size it makes him difficult to be hit. He also has high jump height and is able to wall kick. Attacks with its sharp claws, which has a small chance to cause the Bleeding status and a very small chance of being a critical hit. Sometimes he can remove 1 or 2 wrong options from a quiz.

Accessory: Fur's Bell - Speed +20.

Lyric A 17 years old Buddhist priest with holy powers, casting recovery spells to help allies or attacking enemies with a hammer-like staff that releases holy energy. He can also use his staff to discharge electricity. Causes more damage against undead character.

Equipmment:

  • Lyric's Staff - Atk and Magic Atk up. Melee and Holy attribute. Increases HP recovery given and taken, and doubles damage to Undead beings.
  • Lyric's Hat - Def and Magic Def up. Increases Max. MP and reduces damage from Mind and Evil elements.
  • Lyric's Robe - Def and Magic Def up. Reduces damage from Holy and Darkness elements.
Great King Brain Not allowed in multiplayer modes, except "Free for All".

This mysterious being has a brain bigger than its head, four arms, small legs, and a tail.

It moves slowly by floating and attacks with mind waves or with the four sphinxes following it, which have the same stats as the boss, including HP, so don't waste time attacking them. Is "immune" to the Mind element and physical attacks.

Super Combo: Grabs nearby targets (up to eight) and makes one hard or very hard question. A wrong answer (regardless who gives it) results on a barrage of large mind waves.

Lvl 2 Super Combo: makes four questions (from hard to Einstein), and if one answer is wrong, the four sphinx attack at the same time.

Lvl 3 Super Combo: Becomes temporarily invincible and faster to grab nearby targets (up to eight) and makes eight questions (from very hard to Einstein), with the targets losing HP equal to 11% of their max HP for each wrong answer, regardless of the target's stats. If at least one answer was wrong, afterwards releases a mental wave (Mind element) that causes more 11% damage, being lethal for characters that got all answers wrong and don't have resistance to Mind attacks. If all question are answered correctly by all characters, Brain will lose 90% of its current HP.

Sphinx A sphinx similar to the ones with Great King Brain, but with balanced stats and different moves for normal gameplay.
  • Lvl 2 Super Combo summons three dragons to attack at the same time. Dust Dragon appears behind sphinx and releases fire forward diagonally, Red Dragon appears from above and releases flames stragith down, and while they do it Gildiss flies from the background to the foreground (the sides in 3D mode) to fly over the target and stops behind the target, releasing an explosive fireball.
  • Lvl 3 Super Combo summons Great King Brain (and three sphinxes) to catch nearby targets (up to four) and make one question. If no one answer before time runs out or a wrong answer is given, Brain attacks with mind waves and each sphinx attacks one target.
