Fan What does he even do? There isn't much gameplay footage of Rockman Strategy in the web... Is he even available in the game? I know he is in the opening and has sprites, but never even heard anywhere how he is unlocked in the game.
... The Rockman Strategy characters. As mentioned in Fan above, won't work on their movesets without gameplay footage.
Mayor Assist character with very low stats, but the effects of HP and MP recoveries double when used on him, and he gains four times more money than other characters. His special moves gives random items like Rush Search and summons police officers and security to assist him. His Super Combo is named "Key to the City", which he takes a large key to use as a blunt weapon. He can pass the key to one ally, and the key gives the user some boosts (to be decided). The key disappears after a while, only one can be present at a time, and can only be used up to three times per match.
