Explanation:
- C = Character face
- Pl = Character's main palette.
- GK = Goal keeper's palette.
- 1P = Player 1's palette.
- G1 = Player 1's goal keeper palette.
- 2P = Player 2's palette.
- G1 = Player 2's goal keeper palette.
If Player 1's main character is Mega Man and player 2 uses other character, player 1's characters will use Mega Man's standard palettes: Blue 
for players and green 
for the goal keeper. (Standard color isn't always from the one with the name on the screen) If both players use Mega Man as the main character, Player 1 will be blue (Mega Man is blue by default, so there is no change to him), and the goal keeper is 
black and red, while player 2 is 
red and the goal keeper is green and blue.

Rock: I've got to go and stop them!

Dr. Light: So• I'll just make a few modifications to your programming and you'll be able to give them a game they won't soon forget!

- Strangely, selecting a defeated boss in Capcom Championship will move the cursor to other boss. The order is Skull Man > Dust Man > Elec Man > Fire Man > Cut Man > Wood Man > Needle Man > Pharaoh Man > Mega Man.
